About MeCHRISTINA JEN is an Assistant Professor of English at Southern University and A&M College. She is a passionate educator with a wide range of teaching experiences in a variety of classroom settings. She has taught diverse student populations—including international, first-generation, and underrepresented students—at institutions such as Southern University and A&M College (HBCU), Western Colorado University, Union County College (HSI), and Rutgers University. She has also taught overseas in China at Central China Normal University (Wuhan, Hubei). Her teaching repertoire includes freshman composition, survey and generalist courses in British and world literatures, and upper-level courses in topics such as Myth and Culture, the Victorian Novel, and Global Melodrama.
